QuantumBank is a digital banking platform designed to simplify financial management by providing users with an intuitive, AI-powered experience. The project focused on redesigning the web and mobile platforms to address common user frustrations with traditional online banking — improving navigation, increasing efficiency, and delivering personalized assistance.

CHALLENGE
Traditional online banking platforms like Wells Fargo and Chase often frustrate users with complicated navigation and excessive steps. This leads to confusion, wasted time, and increased calls to customer support. Simple tasks require multiple clicks across different pages, reducing efficiency and harming the overall user experience.
Key issues include :
Time Loss: Users spent too long navigating for basic tasks.
